• Question: Can I add a second pair of headphones?
  
• Answer: Yes, please follow the below sequence to get the 1st headphones paired with the transmitter first and then turn on the 2nd headphones to reconnect: In the case of the included headphones have been paired successfully, turn on the 2nd headphones. Then get power to the transmitter and play sound, wait a few seconds, keep them close together until they connect, you?ll be good to go.
• Question: Doesn?t work/ no sound?
  
• Answer: ADH300 wireless tv headphones do not compatible with all streaming tv / APPs.
• 1. Confirm that the transmitter are firmly plugged into TV's AUDIO OUT port not the AUDIO IN port and the power source. There are no loose connections.
• 2. Verify the source device is not muted, set the volume on the source to a high level, and make sure the headphones have enough power.
• 3. For some TVs, you may need to enable TV audio output by adjusting the TV setting to ?External Speaker?or?PCM? Or Ask your TV manufactory about ?How to change the TV setting so i can get audio signal out of my port??.
• 4. Proper audio signal should be sent to the transmitter (95% issues are here): The indicator light on the left earmuff of the headphones is solid GREEN, the RED light of the base transmitter is always on (signal coming through OK) or flashing (No pairing successful)?
• 5. For most TVs, when something is plugged into the HDMI ARC port, its other audio output ports will automatically be muted. In this case, please tell me directly or switch to optical connection through optical adapter (not included)
• 6. If all settings and connections are made correctly but there is no sound, disconnect the transmitter and re-pair the wireless tv headphones.
• 7. If the above doesn't work, you can plug regular wired headphones directly into your TV's audio output and check if you can hear sound. Or check the headphones are issue and not the source device being used through connecting it to mobile phone/PC via 3.5mm cable.
• Question: Re-pairing process?
  
• Answer: 1. Turn off the tv wireless headphones and disconnect the transmitter. Reconnect the transmitter to the TV. And play sound.
• 2. Turn on the tv headphones and hold the POWER button until the LED on the left flashes GREEN quickly.
• 3. Waiting for several seconds. When the LED on the left of the headphone long lights GREEN, the pairing is successful. You will hear sound from the headphone.
